Hi, it’s almost Halloween! One night full of laughter, scares, and CANDY! Ok this fact is a little weird but the first few Jack-O-Lanterns were actually made from turnips. 50% of kids like chocolate candy for Halloween instead of non-chocolate candy, and 10 % prefer gum.  Trick or treating evolved from a Celtic tradition of putting out treats to spirits who roamed the streets of Samhain , a sacred festival that marked the end of Celtic calendar year. Alot of people think that black cats are a curse and I’m here to tell  you it’s a lie. I’ve read that the cubs got a curse but I think that it is not true and something just happened  and it wasn’t a black cat, so have a good Halloween every one!
